We help you select delicious, nutritious and satisfying meals, snacks and desserts by highlighting well-balanced menu choices and providing nutritional information and tips to help you make choices that fit your needs.

Food Allergies

We take pride in sourcing wholesome ingredients, preparing recipes accurately and providing nutritional analysis and ingredient statements through our online menus and nutrition calculator. From our general manager to our front line servers, we work diligently to address food allergies, celiac diets, or other special dietary needs.

A team approach led by you, our educated consumer, is the best preparation for a safe school year. We want to meet one-on-one with customers who have special dietary needs to ensure that your dining experience is safe, delicious, and social. Simple Zone is our campus “pantry” where food items needed by students with Celiac disease or food allergies are housed with precautions against cross-contact. It is located in the Bulldog Dining Room and gives students the ability to be involved in their own allergen-safe meal preparation. There are a variety of items made without gluten, peanuts, tree-nuts and dairy such as cereals, breads, bagels, and more each day.

While the Simple Zone station is designed to allow customers an easy way to avoid allergens and gluten, we encourage our customers with special dietary needs to connect with our chef, registered dietitian, and general manager to ensure an enjoyable dining experience. Meet the Dietitian

Brooke Baird, RDN, LD received her degree in Dietetics from Kansas State University and completed the requirements to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Brooke is committed to helping students navigate campus dining and empowering lifelong health through nutrition.
